Silicone putty is a new compound
mixed by hand at 1-1 ratio, very little shrinkage and high temperature
resistant (300ºC) with a high tensile strength, completely FOOD SAFE ideal
for small moulds.

Can be used with low melt metals, wax, baking, chocolate, ice cubes, resins,
concrete, plaster etc.

parts, face etc, of which a plaster replica can be cast, enabling moulds to

VINAMOLD (from 1kg)
Slabs of rubber requires heating to 170ºC and is then poured over the
plug, setting as it cools. A double skin pan or similar principle is
needed to avoid overheating when melting. Air bubbles will appear on the
rubber surface if moisture is in the plug, prior sealing with polyurethane
varnish is recommended.
Moulds no longer required can be cut up, melted and re-used again. Price (click)
This blend of high quality silicone has been specially developed to
enable the home user to make moulds of a very high quality.
With Shore A hardness of 23 the rubber has a high tear strength and
elongation.
Catalyst addition 2-5%, the cure time can be varied by the amount of
catalyst added, i.e. slower at 2% and fastest at 5%.
Suitable for various materials including Polyester resin, wax, polyurethane, and plaster type
casting.
Also
available is a Thixotropic additive added at a rate of 1-3% to rubber to attain
a Butter-on consistency, ideal in cases where the plug is fixed (ceilings,
church walls etc)
